Placing New Orders
How To Order Parts
Enter your Year/Make/Model in the "Search Parts"
box in the upper right side of every page, or use
this search page. The search will generate a list of available parts for
the year/make/model you enter.
Select the item(s) and quantities you want, then click the "buy it" button to put them into your
shopping cart. Afterwards, click the "Checkout" button.
Prior customers
should Login with their username/password prior to ordering; new customers
should register.

Please call or email us for assistance, or if you prefer, you can email, mail, phone, or fax
your order directly to us. We're
happy to help, and answer any questions you may have!
Orders from countries other than the United States and Canada
We
gladly accept International orders (those from outside the United States and Canada).
Because they are more expensive to process, and have higher payment-related risks,
International orders
require a minimum $200 products purchase, and payment by Bank Wire Transfer

Payment Methods
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, PayPal, checks, and money orders. Credit card orders
must ship to the person named on the credit card, at their statement address. PayPal accepted for
Verified PayPal customers and addresses only, and can only ship to confirmed PayPal address. Advance
payment by Check, Cashier's Check, or Money Order required to ship to a different person, or address.
Checks held 7-10 days for clearance before orders ship. Sorry, No C.O.D.'s.
Telephone Orders
Taking an order by telephone gives us the opportunity to answer any questions you may have. Telephone
orders can be placed between 9am and 5pm, Monday through Friday, Pacific time.
We accept credit cards for telephone orders.
Mail Orders and Fax Orders
Credit cards, checks, cashiers checks, and money
orders accepted. If paying by credit card include your name, address, telephone number, expiration
date, the 3 digit security code from the back of the card, and your signature authorizing the purchase.

Prices and Availability
Current prices supercede previously published catalog and/or advertised prices. We are not
responsible for typographical errors. Because we carry merchandise from multiple manufacturers, we
reserve the right to change prices or availability without notice.
Sales Tax
Sales tax applies to all orders by California customers, unless we already have a California resellers
certificate on file.
Shipping
Carriers
Most orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.
Charges
Our shipping and handling charges average 10%-15% of order total for most shipments to addresses in
the mainland United States. Additional charges apply to multiple shipments, and oversized items like
carpet sets, underlay, interior products, horizontal windowseals, hood insulation, and other
oversized or hard to ship parts. 2nd Day shipping and other premium options are extra. Customers
are responsible for shipping charges in both directions if a shipment is refused, or returned to us
because it cannot be delivered due to customer error.
Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada
The shipping charges reflected on our shopping cart are for shipments within the mainland United
States. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada are higher, and
sometimes substantially higher than
listed in our shopping cart, especially if air delivery is required. Please request a shipping estimate
before placing an order for delivery to these areas.
Damage
The shipment carrier (usually UPS or USPS) is responsible for damage in transit. In the unlikely
event that a product is delivered damaged, keep all packing materials and contact the carrier
immediately. If you encounter difficulty, contact us with your invoice number for assistance; we're
glad to help. We can not reship items or make adjustments of any kind until the carrier has been
notified, and has either inspected the damaged items or otherwise notified us of their plans for
reimbursement.
Shortages
Check your order when it is delivered!
Shortages in delivered orders must be reported to us within 3 days of the delivery. (Please check
your receipt before reporting a shortage, to make certain that the item is missing, and not
just backordered).
Backorders
We make every effort to ship orders complete. But unlike easy-to-inventory products in the average
store, some of our 6,000+ available products are for older cars, and are either made to order, or
are made with unusual materials that aren't always readily available. That unfortunately means some
items are occasionally out of stock, and must be backordered. Fortunately, backorder delays are
usually reasonably short: 92% of our backordered products were shipped within 2 weeks of order last
year, with 96% shipped within 3 weeks, and 98.8% within 4 weeks. In rare instances, however, some
weatherstrips, interior, and convertible products can take 2-6 weeks to manufacture and ship. If
we're unable to ship a back ordered item within 30 days, we'll contact you to ask if you'd prefer
to wait, or cancel the the item.

images, or content of any kind within this website can be reproduced or copied for commercial or personal gain or purposes without the explicit, written consent of

Our Products
Items in our product lists and advertisements are new replacement parts, unless
otherwise described as new old stock, old stock replacement, or original vehicle manufactured
parts. Our products are the highest possible reproduction quality and designed
to fit attractively, but are not guaranteed to be exact factory original duplicates.
Guaranteed Quality
We're proud of our high quality products, which should be free of manufacturer defects. If
you receive a defective part, we'll help arrange an
exchange, repair, or credit at our option for up to 30 days after delivery. Our manufacturers
guarantee most products for at least 30 days and are
excellent at resolving issues. All packages must be opened and inspected by the customer for
damage and correctness within 3 days of receipt.
Our total liability is limited to replacement, and shall never exceed the purchase price.
Returns and Exchanges
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.
Returns and exchanges must be pre-authorized,
with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number on the box. Returned products must be delivered prepaid
(COD's will be refused) with the original packaging and a copy of the invoice.
Returned products must be unused and in resalable condition, a 10-25% restocking charge applies to
any non-defective items. No refunds, credits, or exchanges available after 1
year of order date. Special
order (non-stocked, made to order, or specially manufactured products) and those
that have been installed or damaged are not returnable or refundable.
